Students of Indian School Sohar participated in Mission Life Exhibition organized by ISWK on 16th August 2023. The Indian Ambassador to Oman, H E Shri Amit Narang graced the occasion with his gracious presence.
The exhibition showcased students dedication to creating a more eco-friendly world through exhibits on critical themes such as save energy, save water, say no to single-use plastic, reduce e-waste, reduce waste, and adopt healthy lifestyles.
Students prepared and presented exhibits on various essential sustainability themes. Each exhibit served as an eye-opening experience for visitors, showcasing the practicality and importance of adopting sustainable practices. From demonstrating energy-efficient technologies to explaining the harmful effects of single-use plastics and showcasing creative ways to reduce waste, the exhibits conveyed powerful messages. Their efforts extended beyond the school community, reaching parents, teachers, and other visitors.
Principal Mrs. Sanchita Verma lauded the students, parents and in charge teachers for their dedication to creating informative and visually impactful models that effectively communicated the principles of energy conservation, plastic reduction, waste management, and more.
The Mission Life Exhibition didn't merely educate; it inspired action. Students emerged as beacons of hope, inspiring others to reconsider their choices and join the movement towards a more sustainable future.
