Indian School Sohar conducted ‘Show and Tell’ competition for students of classes I and II on 13.08.23 and 14.08.23 respectively, under the guidance of the Principal Ms. Sanchita Verma and section Supervisor Ms. Gauri Gadgeel.
‘Show and Tell’, a fun activity was conducted to build strong communication skills, self-confidence and the ability to express oneself effectively.
A preliminary selection round was conducted in all the sections of class I on 9.08.23 and class II on 10.08.23. Three students were selected from each section for the final showdown. The students participated with full zeal and enthusiasm as they came up with various interesting objects like traffic signal, solar system, clock, fruits, vegetables, healthy and junk food, sense organs, etc. The judges were highly impressed by the commendable performances of the children.
Judges for the competition were Ms. Mrudula V Channa, Ms. Ambili Nair, Ms. Dishita Dave and Ms. Santy Manesh
The competition was coordinated by Ms. Gowri Subramanian and Ms Renjini Mathew.
Amidst diverse ideas and tough competition the following students emerged as winners.

First Position - Suzanne Susan Robin (I A)
Second Position - Namadar Mohamed (I A)
Third Position - Siya Ramjith Nair (I F)
Class II
First Position - Shivang Bhadury (II D)
Second Position - Saanvi Sanjay (II E)
Third Position - Ryan Joe Shijan (II F)
It was an interesting and thrilling experience for the children, as it made them confident and proved that they are unique.
