Teachers are lifelong learners, and they should continuously strive to hone their skills for the betterment of the student community.
With this vision, Indian School Sohar organized an interactive Science webinar for teachers of I to V on Sunday, 16-04-23 through Google meet platform.
It was conducted by Ms. Sangeeta Malik, former Head Mistress, DPS and a renowned resource person.
The event started with a welcome note by Ms. Gauri Gadgeel, Supervisor KG-II.
The aim of the webinar was to equip teachers with variety of activities in teaching and learning science. The webinar provided an insight into different activities, ideas on how to implement and help teachers in keeping students connected and engaged. The resource person highlighted the importance of performing hands on activities in school.
Principal Ms. Sanchita Verma actively participated and gave her insights about hands on learning experiences.
Overall it was a useful, engaging and enlightening session for the teachers.
