Colours are indeed the smiles of nature.
To celebrate the joy of colours and to create a wonderful learning experience to our tiny tots, Red Colour Day was celebrated by the Kindergarten section of Indian School Sohar on 13th April 2023.
The colour red attracts the most attention and is associated with strong emotions like love and compassion. Red is a vibrant colour that also signifies strength and courage. Our little stars looked stunning in their red outfits. The shades of red made them feel bright, lively and cheerful. Teachers also came dressed in shades of red and classrooms became vibrant with beautiful red background.
To develop the fine motor skills and to provide sensory experience to our kids, thumb printing and palm printing activities were conducted by LKG and UKG sections. Children participated enthusiastically which created lasting impressions of red colour in young minds.
It was truly an exciting fun day where children sang songs and spoke about red colour objects. They spent the day with utmost enjoyment.
