`SPECTRUM 2016’ – ANNUAL EXHIBITION FOR CLASSES VI – XII ON WEDNESDAY, 19TH OCTOBER & THURSDAY, 20TH OCTOBER 2016
Dear Parents,
You are cordially invited to witness SPECTRUM 2016. Sheikh. Issa Humaid Mohd. Al Shibli, Assistant Director General for Educational Affairs, Ministry of Education, North Al-Batinah Governorate has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest. Mr. Patrick Rambarun, Principal, Future Science International School, Sohar will be the Guest of Honour. Inauguration Time: 5:00 pm.
Exhibition will be held on two days.
Date: Wednesday, 19th October 2016 Time: 5:15 pm to 8:30 pm Venue: Block – C, D & E
Date: Thursday, 20th October 2016 Time: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Venue: Block – C, D & E
Kindly visit on the day of your convenience. Entry will be from Gate No. 2, 3, 4 and 8 respectively.
Parking on both the days: In the open ground and in the parking area in front of Block-C. Parking is also available in front of Gate No.8 near Block – A.
Important :- Please do not park in front of the Omani houses.
A) Tuesday, 18th October 2016
· There will be no regular classes for class VI – XII.
· Only selected volunteers of classes VI – XII should be in school from 7:40 am to 2:10 pm to arrange exhibits and help teachers to make other arrangements. They should come in white uniform.
· Selected volunteers must carry their tiffin and water bottle. No regular bags.
· Dispersal: 2:10 pm.
B) Wednesday, 19th October 2016
Morning
· There will be no regular classes for VI – XII.
· Only selected participants of classes VI – XII should be in school from 7:40 am to 11:30 am to arrange exhibits and help teachers to make other arrangements. They should come in grey school uniform with black leather shoes. Dispersal: 11:30 am.
Evening
· All the participants of Batch – I will come to school at 4:15 pm in grey school uniform with black shoes and report to their teacher-in-charge in the allotted classrooms. Other participants will reach school prior to the allotted time of their respective batch.
· Waiting Area: Assembly area, basketball court.
· Students must carry their tiffin and water bottle.
· Dispersal: After exhibition at 8:45 pm
C) Thursday, 20th October 2016
Morning – Only for Omani School students
· All the selected participants should reach school by 8:30 am in grey uniform with black shoes and report to their teacher in-charge in the allotted classrooms.
· Students must carry their tiffin and water bottle
· Dispersal – 11:45 am
Evening
· All the participants of Batch - I should be in school from 4:30 pm in grey school uniform with black shoes and report to teacher in-charges in the allotted classrooms.
· Other participants will reach school prior to the allotted time of their respective batch.
· Dispersal 8:15 pm.
