Dear Parents,
Please note the following points:
PTM – rescheduled:
PTM is rescheduled from Thursday, 17.11.16 to Saturday, 19.11.16 for the convenience of parents. Please come according to the allotted time slot given by the class teacher.
Interaction with SMC:
The School Managing Committee members will remain present for an interaction during the Parent – Teacher meeting on Saturday, 19thNovember 2016 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in the Boardroom, 1st floor, Block – D.
Annual Day:
The Annual Day is scheduled as follows:
LKG to Class II – Tuesday, 6th December 2016
Classes III to V – Thursday, 8th December 2016
School Fee
It is once again reminded to pay your ward’s school fee on a regular basis.
Children’s Day:
Children’s day will be celebrated in the school on 14th November 2016. Children can come to school in coloured dress.
Parking:
Please avoid parking in front of the neighbouring Omani residential area.
Important note:
Please avoid sending tiffin, books, pen and other materials during school hours. Due to logistic constraints, it becomes very difficult to send materials to different classes. After this circular school will not entertain any request.
