A splendid farewell was organized by the students of class XI to bid goodbye to their seniors class XII batch 2014 – 2015 on 19 .01. 2015.
The programme commenced with the principal Sanchita Verma lighting the symbolic lamp of knowledge. This “Light” was then passed on to all the students of class XII, who came up on stage to get their candles lighted by the principal.
Principal Sanchita Verma urged the students to always take the right path and be committed in life. She said that soon they would be leaving the sheltered life that they were leading under the guidance of their elders and would be independent. They would be in charge of their own lives and should be worthy of the lessons and values that the school has imbibed in them over the years.
The principal, vice principals and teachers bestowed their best wishes on the students of the outgoing batch for the forthcoming the board exams and also in their future endeavors.
The students of class XI entertained their seniors with a variety of performances. The highlight of the evening was the live orchestra performance by the budding musicians of class XI. A power point presentation on the memorable journey of the students of class XII through the years in school made every one emotional and nostalgic.
The glittering evening came to an end with the announcement of the much awaited Mr. and Miss ISS title winners. Mr. Karthi Subramanian and Miss. Archana .C.M were adjudged Mr. and Miss ISS respectively amidst the roaring applause by their teachers, class mates and juniors.
