Students of Indian School Sohar showcased exceptional academic talent during the academic year 2024–25 by participating in various Olympiads organized by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF). Their remarkable achievements brought pride to the school, with numerous students earning medals and certificates in the International General Knowledge Olympiad (IGKO), International English Olympiad (IEO), National Science Olympiad (NSO), and International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO).
To honor these young achievers, a Special Assembly was held on April 13, 2025. The event celebrated the students' commendable performances and acknowledged their dedication and perseverance in academic pursuits.
Principal, Mrs. Sanchita Verma, congratulated the proud winners and expressed her immense pride in their accomplishments. She praised their unwavering commitment and hard work, which contributed significantly to the school’s growing reputation for academic excellence.
SOF Coordinator, Ms. Indira Sukumaran, extended heartfelt thanks to the Principal and appreciated the diligent efforts of the teachers in-charge. She recognized their seamless coordination and commitment, which played a crucial role in the smooth execution of the Olympiads and in nurturing the students’ academic growth.
