INDIAN SCHOOL SOHAR STUDENTS SHINE AT VIDYARTHI VIGYAN MANTHAN NATIONAL CAMP 2026

The students of Indian School Sohar brought immense pride and recognition to the school through their outstanding performance at the prestigious Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan National Camp 2026 held at Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar from 16 to 17 May 2026.

A delegation of 10 winners from the Science India Forum Oman Sastra Pratibha Contest 2025–2026 Level 2 participated in this highly competitive national-level event alongside top-performing students from across India and the Middle East. Among the 10 selected participants, two students represented Indian School Sohar.

National Level Achievements

• Aareev Singh Verma (Grade VI) secured First Rank in the Science India Forum Oman Sastra Pratibha Contest 2025–2026 Level 2.
• Samannya Kola (Grade XI) secured First Rank in the Science India Forum Oman Sastra Pratibha Contest 2025–2026 Level 2.

Zonal Level Achievement

• Aareev Singh Verma secured Third Position in the Zonal Round of the Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan National Camp 2026.

In recognition of his exceptional accomplishment, he was also awarded prestigious scholarships and provided an opportunity to undertake research internships at premier research institutions in India.

These remarkable achievements reflect the students’ scientific temperament, innovation, commitment, and perseverance. The school extends its heartfelt congratulations to all the participants and their mentors for bringing laurels to the institution. A special appreciation is extended to Aareev Singh Verma for his exemplary performance and outstanding accomplishments at the national and zonal levels
