Indian School Sohar has brought laurels to the institution through its outstanding performance in the International Hindi Olympiad, organized by the Hindi Olympiad Foundation. This year, many enthusiastic students from Classes III to X represented the school in this prestigious global competition and achieved remarkable success at the school, zonal, and international levels.
Taking the school's name to the international stage, two exceptional students secured top ranks in the Middle Eastern Countries Zone:
Ms. Pratibha Sharma was recognized for her exceptional literary talent and was awarded a Memento and a Certificate of Excellence. The teachers who successfully conducted the Olympiad examination were also presented with Certificates of Appreciation.
In recognition of their exemplary educational leadership, the Principal of Indian School Sohar, Mrs. Sanchita Verma, and the Vice-Principal and HOD (Hindi), Mr. Yashvir Singh, were honoured with special mementoes by the Hindi Olympiad Foundation.
The Principal Mrs. Sanchita Verma warmly congratulated all the student achievers and appreciated the sincere efforts of the teachers-in-charge. She remarked that these achievements reflect Indian School Sohar’s commitment to academic excellence and inspire students to strive for even greater success in the future.
