The Nursery Section of Indian School Sohar celebrated Blue Colour Day on 20th August 2025 with great excitement and enthusiasm. The little learners joyfully participated in the celebration and explored the colour blue through a fun-filled and engaging activity.
The classrooms were beautifully decorated in shades of blue, creating a cheerful and vibrant learning environment. The children were introduced to the colour blue through an exciting “Bottle Cap Blue Whale” activity.
As part of the activity, each child was provided with a whale template. They dipped bottle caps in blue paint and carefully stamped them onto the template to create a beautiful and colourful blue whale. The activity allowed the children to learn about the colour blue while expressing their creativity.
The hands-on activity also helped develop their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and creativity. Most importantly, it made learning enjoyable and meaningful for the young learners.
The celebration was a delightful and enriching experience, encouraging the little ones to learn, create, explore, and enjoy the colour blue.
