AISSCE RESULTS (Class XII)

Indian School Sohar witnessed yet another ecstatic day of academic accomplishment with 100% result. The school’s pledge to stand out unrivalled in academics, echoed in this year’s glittering results.

 

In Science Stream, Swapnil Gupta, scoring an aggregate of 95.8% secured the first position in the school. The Second position was secured by Ance Mariya Benny, with a score 95.6 % and the third position was secured by Rollin Fernandes, scoring 95.2%.

 In Commerce Stream, Jowan M. Jomon scored 86% and stood first.  Anju Babu scored 85% and stood second and Abel Jose scored 84% thus securing the third position.

Three students secured highest of 97% marks in English, with an astonishing subject average of 91.4, five students secured 95% in Mathematics, eight students secured 95% in Chemistry, ten students got 95% in Physics. In Biology the topmost score stood at 96% and while in Informatics Practices the highest was an incredible score of 100 % and the subject average an awesome 93.9. In Accountancy and Business Studies the top scores were 95% respectively, in Economics 82%  and in Physical Education 90%. Arjun Santhosh deserves special mention for securing 100% marks in Informatics Practices

22% students in Science stream secured 90% and above while 78% students secured more than 75% marks. 65% students in Commerce stream secured more than 75% marks.

Principal Mrs. Sanchita Verma observed that the enthralling results and reverberating feat is largely owing to the assiduousness and deep commitments of students and their supportive family and conscientious labour of teachers to make all students attain soaring percentiles. Most parents and toppers mentioned that their achievement was a result of the consistent teaching performance and dedication of the Senior School teachers.

The School Management Committee President Mr. Abraham George and members of SMC commended all outgoing Class XII students for their stunning efforts. They congratulated the staff and students for the brilliant academic performance.
