Indian School Sohar held a Show and Tell competition for LKG on 16th of January 2017.Show and Tell competition hones each child’s social and emotional skills. Their language skills grow and develop from this activity as the children learn to use descriptive language, practice listening skills and share their special items with others.
All the participants came well prepared with very interesting objects like remote control, stethoscope, tooth brush, apple, doll etc which made for some interesting topics. The audience seemed fully engrossed with the flow of the competition.
The criteria for the judgement was content, relevance, fluency, pronunciation and presentation. The judges appreciated the children for their effort and creativity at the end of the competition.
