Indian School Sohar celebrated the National Science Day on 28th February by conducting a special assembly for the students of classes III to V.
The assembly began with the prayer song followed by floral tribute to Dr. C V Raman, the great scientist of our country, by the Vice Principal Dr. Vinu Kumar. It continued with a speech, thought for the day and science quiz. The major attraction of this programme was the presentation by the students of class IV in which they showcased the various inventions and discoveries through a role play.
The programme concluded with a focus on scientific and logical thinking and enhancing interest in scientific inventions.
