Indian School Sohar is proud to announce that we are now an approved testing centre for Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) from May 5, 2018. The centre code of ISS for SAT is 52565.
SAT test helps students take that important first step on the road to college success.
By becoming a test center, we will not only help connect motivated students to the SAT, SAT Subject Tests, and associated college planning resources, but also expose more students in and around Sohar to the opportunities of higher education. Since the school has become a SAT test center, the students will benefit from familiar surroundings and easy access.
The SAT and SAT Subject Tests are a suite of tools designed to assess a child’s academic readiness for college. These exams provide a path to opportunities, financial support and scholarships, in a way that's fair to all students. The SAT and SAT Subject Tests keep pace with what colleges are looking for today, measuring the skills required for success in the 21st century.
