In the remembrance of Ravindranath Tagore’s 157th Birth Anniversary special assembly was conducted on Wednesday, 9th May 2018 by the students of Class IX D. A floral tribute was paid to the great Indian Poet and extraordinary thinker by the Vice-Principal, Dr Vinu Kumar and Mr Yashvir Singh, Supervisor. The highlight of the event was the enactment of one student, Sidharth Chaterjee as Ravindranath Tagore.
A speech and quiz was conducted on Ravindranath Tagore Jayanti. A song written and composed by Ravindranath Tagore was sung by a group of students as a tribute to Ravindranath Tagore and his work. The Vice-Principal addressed the students. He congratulated the students for putting up a lovely programme.
