Quiz competitions are always interesting and informative, which provide excitement among the students and also make them aware of current affairs. Indian School Sohar, successfully conducted a Quiz Competition on 9th October 2018 for the students of classes III to V in which five different teams with three fervent participants in each team gave tough battle to each other.
The first round was a Rapid Fire round. The second round was a Globetrotting round. Famous monuments’ pictures were shown and the teams had to identify them. This round was followed by Fastest Finger round.
Team E comprising of Muhammad Faza V.K.( III-I), Adway B. Chaudhary (IV-I),and Albin Anoop (V-F) emerged as the First Prize winner, Team A comprising of Madhav K. Shibu (III-G), Zara Zabil (IV-A) , and Rishul Mangala (V-G) secured the second position and Team C comprising of Pranav V. (III-H), Joel Joshy (IV-C), and Ruhi Azam (V-E) bagged the third position.
It was very informative and a knowledge enriching competition for the participants.
