“Yoga does not just transform the way we see things, It transforms the person who sees.”

International Day of Yoga is celebrated annually on 21st June since its inception in 2015 which was declared by UNO’S General Assembly. Yoga is a valuable gift of India’s Ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action, restraint and fulfillment; harmony between man and nature, a holistic approach to health and well-being.
