Colouring always ignites imagination and self-expression. It helps develop creativity, colour recognition, motor skills, focus, grip and concentration.
Indian School Sohar organized a colouring competition for our LKG and UKG children. The children enjoyed this colouring competition where they were able to showcase their creativity and colouring skills.
This fun filled competition was organized by Ms. Anusha Omar and Ms. Femi Shajahan under the guidance of Ms. Gauri Gadgeel (Supervisor KG-II). Our aim was to help our children learn to express themselves through colours. The fun they had certainly added a sparkle to their colourful childhood memories.
The judges of the competition Ms. Priya Gladson, Ms. Kashifa Anjum and Ms. Shagufta were very impressed and applauded the young artists.
The winners of UKG are:
First Position : Rana Lulu (UKG- Daffodil)
Second Position :- Fabio Sijo (UKG – Lavender)
Third Position :- Suzanne Susan (UKG- Daffodil), Nuha M. Modak (UKG- Lavender) and Zalfa Naseer (UKG- Orchid)
The winners of LKG are:-
First Position : Mohammed Ahil ( LKG-Rose)
Second Position :- S.R. Nivashini Senthil Kumar (LKG-Rose) and Mohammad Aarib Khan (LKG-Lily)
Third Position :- Abhishek M Mahesh (LKG- Daisy)
